3. Counter-Notice and Restoration of Content

- Your contact information: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or in the case of users outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the court in which CueHive is located.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order to prevent the restoration.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, CueHive has a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If a user receives multiple valid takedown notices for copyright infringement, their account may be suspended or terminated.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
CueHive is not responsible for the content uploaded by users and will not be liable for any damages arising from the removal of content or the disabling of access to it as a result of a DMCA takedown notice.
