4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, CueHive has a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If a user receives multiple valid takedown notices for copyright infringement, their account may be suspended or terminated.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

CueHive is not responsible for the content uploaded by users and will not be liable for any damages arising from the removal of content or the disabling of access to it as a result of a DMCA takedown notice.
